TSS-TUP TP-SG Series Replacement Flat Shaker Screens are engineered specifically for Scomi Prima 3G, 4G, and 5G series linear motion and cascading shale shakers. Constructed with multi-layered 304 / 316 / 316L stainless steel wire cloth in a triple-layered sandwich configuration, these screens are bonded directly to a heavy-duty Q235 perforated structural steel backing plate.
The perforated matrix divides the screen cloth into independent rectangular cells. If localized mesh wear occurs, damage is contained within a single cell and can be quickly isolated using dedicated screen saver plugs without sacrificing the entire panel. Backed by 24/7 technical support, our replacement screens are exported to over 30 countries across the Middle East, North America, and Central Asia.
