TSS-TUP TP-SG Series Replacement Flat Shaker Screens are engineered specifically for Scomi Prima 3G, 4G, and 5G series linear motion and cascading shale shakers. Built with a triple-layered sandwich construction of premium 304 / 316 / 316L stainless steel wire mesh bonded directly to a heavy-duty Q235 perforated structural steel frame, these screens deliver exceptional mechanical durability and high slurry throughput.

The precision perforated matrix divides the screen cloth into independent rectangular cells, preventing localized tears from propagating across the panel. Individual damaged cells can be quickly sealed off using screen saver plugs without discarding the entire screen panel.
