The TP-KPT-28 Replacement Flat Shaker Screen is specifically designed for KEMTRON KTL 28 and KPT 28 series shale shakers. Constructed with 3 or 4 layers of premium 304 / 316 / 316L stainless steel wire mesh cloth with differential weaving densities, these screens achieve optimal cut-point separation and superior mud flow capacity.

Available in heavy-duty Q235 steel frame or corrosion-resistant reinforced composite PT frame configurations, our screens deliver excellent mechanical integrity, withstand aggressive high-G vibration loads, and eliminate premature screen blinding.
